The Azenta Life Sciences IntelliXcap™ Automated Septum Cap Decapper/Recapper 96-Format is designed for automated capping, decapping, recapping, and disposal of septum caps from full 96-format SBS racks of sample storage tubes. The system can also apply new Azenta septum cap mats, eliminating the need for a separate capping instrument.
Designed for standalone operation or integration into automated laboratory systems, the IntelliXcap Septum Cap Decapper/Recapper supports validated 96-format sample storage tubes and TPE caps from Azenta and other manufacturers. The system does not require compressed air and includes an Azenta capping module and adaptor set.
