Azenta IntelliXcap Automated Screw Cap Decapper/Recapper, Acoustic 96-Place Format

The Azenta Life Sciences IntelliXcap™ Automated Screw Cap Decapper/Recapper Acoustic 96-Format is designed for automated capping, decapping, and recapping of 96-format screw-cap sample tubes, including Echo® Qualified Acoustic Tubes used in acoustic liquid handling applications.

The system combines whole-rack screw-cap processing with an integrated IntelliXCheck verification camera module. This camera-based system verifies cap status during processing, providing an additional level of confirmation for workflows where proper cap removal and replacement are critical.

The IntelliXcap Acoustic 96 uses interchangeable cap-driver cartridges to accommodate compatible tube and cap configurations. Its modular design allows the instrument to be adapted for additional validated 96-format screw-cap tubes by installing the appropriate cartridge.
