Azenta IntelliXcap Automated Screw Cap Decapper/Recapper, 48-Place Format

The Azenta Life Sciences IntelliXcap™ Automated Screw Cap Decapper/Recapper 48-Format provides automated capping, decapping, and recapping of screw-cap sample storage tubes in 48-format racks. Designed for medium- to high-throughput laboratories, the system can process a complete rack of 48 tubes in as little as 20 seconds and supports multiple tube types through interchangeable cap-driver cartridges.

The IntelliXcap 48 is compatible with both internal- and external-thread screw-cap tubes and can be configured for a variety of Azenta and third-party sample storage tubes. Its modular cartridge system allows users to change between compatible tube types in less than two minutes without specialist intervention. An extendable rack stage supports integration into automated laboratory workflows.
