Azenta IntelliXcap Automated Screw Cap Decapper/Recapper, 96-Place Format

The Azenta Life Sciences IntelliXcap™ Automated Screw Cap Decapper/Recapper 96-Format is designed for automated capping, decapping, and recapping of screw-cap sample storage tubes in 96-format racks. The system processes an entire rack and uses interchangeable cap-driver cartridges to accommodate multiple tube and cap configurations, including internal- and external-thread screw-cap tubes.

Designed for standalone operation or integration into automated laboratory workflows, the IntelliXcap 96 features an automatic rack stage and electronic torque control for consistent cap removal and replacement. Cartridge drivers can be changed to support different compatible tube formats without specialist intervention.
