The Azenta Life Sciences 3.8 mL Tri-Coded Tube, 48-Format, External Thread is designed for secure sample storage, identification, and tracking in biobanking, compound storage, and other biological or chemical sample management applications. Manufactured from high-quality virgin polypropylene, each tube incorporates three matching identification methods for reliable sample traceability throughout storage and handling workflows.
Each tube features a permanent 2D code laser etched on the base, along with a matching 1D linear barcode and human-readable number on the tube side. The high-contrast 2D code can be read without removing the tube from the rack and is designed to remain readable in conditions where frost or condensation may be present.
