The Azenta Life Sciences 1.9 mL Tri-Coded Tube, 48-Format, External Thread is designed for secure sample storage, identification, and tracking in biobanking, compound management, and other laboratory sample storage applications. Each tube incorporates three matching identification methods to support reliable sample traceability throughout manual and automated workflows.

The tube features a permanent 2D code on the base, along with a matching 1D linear barcode and human-readable number on the side. The external-thread design provides a secure seal while preserving internal working volume, and the double-start screw thread supports rapid automated capping and decapping.
