The 2.2mL “Square Section” Deep Well Plate is designed to provide compact, yet high-capacity biological sample storage. “Square Section” wells optimize use of space, and multiple plates can be stacked for maximum-density archiving. Plate conforms to the height and footprint specifications of the Society for Biochemical Screening (SBS), so it’s compatible with a wide array of instrumentation and laboratory/facility automation.
Wells have a conical bottoms for maximum sample recovery. Plate has no detectable PCR inhibitors and it’s free of DNase, RNase and pyrogens. Polypropylene construction assures a lack of reactivity with a diverse set of reagents. Plate can be sealed with the silicon mat, and can also be heat-sealed. Ideal for sample storage, high-throughput screening, combinatorial chemistry and liquid phase assays.
